Spring  Visions of the Valley Show and Sale

Visions of the Valley will be held on March1,2008 at Grizzly Jack's Grand Bear Lodge in Utica, IL. from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

To enter send three slides or photos accurately representing the quality and nature of your work. Applications must be postmarked by February10,2008 Exhibitors will be notified by February20,2008. Entries submitted in 2007 need not send slides or photos.

Make two checks payable to the Ottawa Art League. Artists not eligible will have booth fees and slides(photos) returned. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope. Non-members booth fees $40 * $10 jury fee. Art League members cost is $20

Set-up can begin at 7:30 on March1. Take down cannot start before 4:30.  Food and refreshments are available at artists expense.

All sales will be conducted between the artist and the purchaser.  Artists are responsible to pay any and all taxes on work sold.  All work must be the artist's original work and must be presented in a finished manner.  No work that is mass produced, made with commercial kits, patterns,stencils, prefabricated forms created by other persons.  Fine art reproductions must be identified.  Artists must be present for the entire show. Ottawa Art League reserves the right to refuse work that is not consistent with submitted applications.

I do not hold the Ottawa Art League, its officers or members nor the Grand Bear Lodge responsible for loss of damage to my work or myself in setting up or taking down work or displays. I have read these rules and agree to observe them. I understand I will be responsible for any damage which I may inflict on Grand Bear Lodge facilities.
